Following the promotion and development of the area, the Agency promotes and organizes cooking courses addressed to foreign users with specific projects in cooperation with incoming agencies and tour operators, based on the needs and desires of guests.
Generally, those courses provide a series of cooking lessons in English, held by the chef in workroom, where the students can make culinary preparations or observe to the implementation of the dishes from the chef.
Afterwards, the tasting of dishes is accompanied by their combination of local wines.
To the students is delivered cookbook and apron of the school; at the end of the course they grant the Certificate of Attendance.
